Our jackets typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your package is on the way.
Occasionally, minor delays can happen – especially during busy seasons or due to material shortages. We always keep you informed, and our customer support is available to help.
Yes. You may return or exchange any jacket within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition (Read our return policy for more details). Simply contact us at [email protected] to initiate the process.
Email us with your order number, item details, and reason. We’ll send you instructions to ship it back (return shipping has to be paid by you if it’s a sizing issue). Once it arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange within a few business days.
That usually doesn’t happens as we do multiple quality checks. However, if a product is damaged or has quality issues, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a return, and either send a replacement or issue a full refund – no questions asked.

Currently, we don’t offer custom jackets, but we do offer name patches, send us your required design and we’ll get that done for you.
