At Jacketstown, we stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We understand that there are occasions when you may want to return a product – and not just for the standard reasons. We’ve revised our return policy to take into account a wider variety of situations.

Our Returns & Exchanges Cases:

1) If it’s not a fit, we completely understand:

As with our standard policy, customers can exhcange their order for a different size within 14 days of receiving their order. The product should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the invoice. If the product is used, washed, damaged, does not have its original packaging, or the invoice is missing, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

In this case, the return shipping has to be paid by you. We will ship to you a new replacement Product, within 14 days of us receiving the product, as per our Shipping policy.

Exchange Procedure:

1) Please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving the product so we may provide you with a Return Address.

2) You Changed Your Mind Or the Product Didn’t Met Your Expectations? We’ve got you covered:

We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or requirements, or you might simply change your mind. In such cases, you are welcome to return or exchange the product within the 14-day period. Just ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

In this case, the return shipping has to be paid by you.

Exchange Procedure:

1) Please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving the product so we may provide you with a Return Address.

3) If The Product Is Damaged Or Defective:

We are committed to selling only high-quality Products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a Product is shipped. However, still you receive any damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days of receving the product to be eligible for a free exchange or return. (Make sure we’ll ask for photographic proofs of the damaged product).

In this case, we will bear the return shipping costs.

Exchange Procedure:

1) Please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving the product so we may provide you with a shipping label.

Non-returnable items:

Please note that some items may be non-returnable (will be mentioned on the product), including gift cards.

Events Outside Our Control:

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.

Entire agreement:

These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our Website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of Products.
